Notice of change in the OS versions on which the official app can be installed and the recommended OS versions

Thank you very much for your continued support of SOTETSU HOTELS

The SOTETSU HOTELS CLUB app (hereafter referred to as the official app) is scheduled to be renewed in June 2020. Thus, this is to inform you that the OS versions on which it can be installed and the recommended OS versions will change as follows.

■Date of change: June 2020 (scheduled)
■OS versions on which the app can be installed
･ Before the change: iOS10.0 and up / Android4.0 and up
･ After the change: iOS11.0 and up / Android5.0 and up
 * The official app cannot be installed or used on devices with iOS11.0 or older versions / Android5.0 or older versions.

■Recommended OS versions
･ Before the change: iOS10.0 and up / Android4.0 and up
･ After the change: iOS11.0 and up / Android8.0 and up
 * The official app can be installed on devices with Androido5.x – 7.x, but wewill be unable to guarantee that it will work.

* It is not guaranteed that the app will work on all devices
* Even with devices equipped with the above-mentioned OSes, the app might not work due to OS updates, special settings of the device, available space, state of transmission, transmission speed, and so on

■How to check your device’s OS version
･ iOS: You can check it under “Software Version” in “Settings”＞”General”＞”About”.
･ Android: You can check it under “Android Version” in “Settings”＞”About device”＞”Software info”.
* Depending on your device, the menu name and location of display might vary.

Please contact your carrier regarding how to update your OS and whether your device is compatible with an OS update.
